Dr. Stacey Reynolds
Dr. Stacey Reynolds received her Bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Boston University in 1995 with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Reynolds then went on to receive her dental degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 1999. Immediately following her dental education she obtained her specialty certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she held the position of Chief Resident. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.
Since completing her residency Dr. Stacey has been in private practice in the greater New York area including Long Island. She teaches dental students and pediatric dental residents at Columbia University once a week where she holds an academic position as Assitant Clinical Professor of Dentistry. She also remains active in the University's alumni affairs. In 2007 she moved to Arizona with her husband looking for outdoor adventure and a Southwest lifestule while accepting a position with the Indian Health Service treating under-served pediatric on the Navajo Reservation. Soon after arriving in Northern Arizona they found out they were about to start a family of their own and then quickly returned to New York after the birth of their first child! The decision was made to return to city life to be close to family.
Dr. Stacey is a NYC native and is thrilled to be back home in New York living with her husband, John Schmidt (a Garden City native) and their children Kelly and Thomas.
Dr. Stacey is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, The New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Society.
She is a die hard New York but as soft spots for the Hawaiin Islands, the Southwest, and all things Boston.
