It's going to be a beautiful weekend!  Are you planning on spending time outdoors with your kids?  Fishing is a fun and kid-friendly outdoor activity that the whole family can enjoy. Here are a few of the best places to fish on Long Island this weekend.

Places to Fish:

Wantagh Park
1 King Road, Wantagh
This fishing pier just beyond the marina is open year-round and could be the perfect spot to bring your little ones fishing this weekend.

Captree State Park
3500 Ocean Parkway, Babylon
Opena nd charter fishing boats leave from Captree daily.  No license or equipment is necessary if you leave on the boat - they provide everything you need to enjoy the trip.  You can also fish off of the dock if you have your own equipment

Port Washington Town Dock & Walkway
Main Street, Port Washington
This fishing spot is located on Manhasset Bay.  You can fish off of the dockw hile watching sail boats come in and out of the bay.
