In an effort to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy, NBC
will be broadcasting a benefit concert featuring artists that are native to areas
that were most affected by super-storm Sandy.
Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen, natives of New Jersey and
Billy Joel of Long island are scheduled to appear on the NBC concert on Friday
night from Rockefeller Center. Other performers scheduled to appear are Jimmy
Fallon, Sting and Christina Aguilera.
The concert will benefit the American Red Cross and will be on NBC, Bravo, CNBC, USA, MSNBC and E!.
